E3 - Friday Night at the Gallant's featuring Chef Anish Kumar. Get to know Anish and he talks about his new FoodTruck Avatar.  Anish shows us how to make Curry Chicken.  So Delicious!!  Learn some tips and tricks on how to make your curries better!

EP 2 - Friday Night at the Gallant's featuring Chef Gene Cormier and his wife Susan.  Gene talks about how he competed in the Bocuse D'Or, the dish, how he prepared himself for this event and then shows us how he made one part of the dish.  Susan talks to us about their new Restaurant  Euston Park Social opening on May 24th 2019.

EP 1 - Friday Night at the  Gallant's with one of the Chef's from our upcoming event on April 13th.  We talked about the up coming event at Bistro, get to know the Chef a little and he cooks us some Classic Cajun dishes!
